This family session is exactly why I love photographing families with older kids. We kept things relaxed, moved around the beautiful Beverly-Harris House, and focused on a mix of the classic photos Mom wants and the real moments that actually feel like them. From the front porch and swing to the bright indoor spaces, this session had the perfect mix of polished and playful.

Family sessions aren't only about the kids. I always try to pull Mom and Dad away for a few minutes because somewhere along the way, couples stop getting photographed together. These often end up being some of my favorite images from the entire session.
